Product License

This page summarizes permissions and restrictions in the licenses supplied with Cory Diggs AI Builder products. The exact license included with the purchased package governs its components. This summary is not legal advice and does not replace third-party terms.

Permitted use

Books, guides, audio, video, and other media may be studied and reasonably printed for your personal use. AI agent files, prompts, templates, and configuration examples may be modified, installed, and used in your personal projects and client projects.

The multi-agent kit may be used to create project-specific client work, but the client may not receive the kit or its original reusable files, or reusable or modified copies of them. You may not deliver the kit or a substantially similar or derivative reusable kit as a product, template, or package.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, give away, or share the original product files, or upload them to public sites, repositories, or marketplaces. Team sharing is not permitted under an individual purchase. You may not include supplied materials, substantially similar versions, or modified copies in products you sell or distribute. This does not prohibit custom, project-specific deliverables for clients, but clients may not receive the kit or its original reusable files, or reusable or modified copies of them. You may not create a competing product, remove notices, claim ownership of the licensed materials, or distribute a substantially similar or modified reusable kit as a separate package.

The license grants use rights, not ownership of the product files. Materials supplied by third parties remain subject to their own terms.

Package-specific terms and questions

Check the license supplied with your purchased package for terms that apply to particular components. A separate professional, commercial, team, educational, or agency license may be available; contact support@realsoftwarewithai.com to ask about licensing beyond the permissions stated in your package.
